Inthumathi is an occupational therapist who graduated from the Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore. She is a member of the Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists (SAOT). Prior to her joining KIDZ, she worked at the National University Hospital (hand rehabilitation). Her clinical experience includes working with children with sensory integration issues. Inthumathi has keen interest in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as such she provides our clients occupational therapy services at the Autism Association of Singapore (AAS). She also assists children with sensory processing difficulties, learning disabilities and other developmental delays. She also works with clients at MINDSville – Children’s Wing. She worked in collaboration with an autism resource centre and gained experience in assessing and treating sensory integration difficulties, training social skills, and use of oral motor strategies (MORE program). She values providing family oriented therapy and parent education. These are essential for successful therapy outcomes and progress in the child’s development.
Inthumathi has actively participated in workshops and courses for professional development. At the same time, she has also conducted parent education seminars for the Autism Association, Singapore. She has
