Dominique Chew is an occupational therapist who is registered and licensed with the Certification and Licensing Boards in the United Kingdom. After graduating from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom in 1996, she has had working experiences in Australia and United Kingdom. Upon returning to Singapore in 2000, she was the sole charge therapist in Towner Gardens School, MINDS before joining KIDZ-Pediatric Occupational Therapy Consultant Pte Ltd as a senior occupational therapist. Currently, she works with clients in the clinical as well as school based settings. She plays a key role in providing occupational therapy services for clients at the Autism Association of Singapore (AAS).
Dominique’s clinical experience has seen her working with children with the diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder, Down Syndrome, dyspraxia, attention deficit disorder, dysfunction of sensory integration, developmental delay, speech and language disorders, learning disabilities and Asperger’s syndrome. Having worked at both the private clinical and school environment, she is adept at providing seamless consultation, assessment and interventions services for both of these settings. On many occasions she has also held parent education seminars for the Autism Association, Singapore.
